Add your own vessel's Q88 to get the full report with the "Screening requested by" card and the Ship Compatibility section. Skip it and you'll get a counterpart-only report.

Your own vessel's Q88 is used only to build this report and is then discarded. We don't store it: there's no reason to keep it, holding it would add cost, and not retaining your data keeps us clear of data-protection obligations.
